Day Nine

We left South West Harbour heading for Dysart's.  The seas were considerably calmer but there was still lots of lobster pots and boats.

Dysart's is a very busy Marina.  There were tons of fishing boats, large and small sail boats and several pleasure boats.  The dock attendant said that they are slow at this time of year.  Wow if this is slow I would hate to see busy.

We met a couple from Ontario heading for the Bahamas.  They have been on the water since September.  I met two couples who were heading out to do some sailing with the help of a captain.  We had a great lunch at the Upper Deck.  Brian had the seafood platter which was super big.

Now a note about "Miss Cora".  (I will add a few pictures.)  She was doing quite well using pee pads but I don't think she has really caught on to the purpose of the pads.  I honestly don't think she was ever house trained.  It is getting quite frustrating.

Big hugs to C & A, S & D, A, M, P, N and Aunt L.

  2. Big hugs back at you! Here's to calm seas, sunny skies and increasingly warmer weather for you - and to Cora becoming trained, of course! *smile*. Had a birthday cake with Marijke yesterday - although today is her birthday. We miss you at the table. - Marilyn
